I deposited my money with this shit broker. My trades where always at a loss, and if it manages to show blue is just for some seconds and the market will suddenly become very slow. But when its showing red, the market begins to move very fast. I wondered what problem really was until I started placing trades simultaneously on another broker. That was when I discovered instaforex was manipulating their platform.

I later tried to withdraw my funds to no avail. Everything about them is a scam

Can I withdraw an instaforex bonus?

In 2008, two FPA members were accused of cheating while using an instaforex bonus. Instaforex not only removed the bonus, but also confiscated the profits that both traders had made. Instaforex's representative to the FPA promised to provide evidence to back up this cheating accusation. She never provided a single piece of evidence. Instead, she just kept emailing her claim that they cheated and said that her repeated unsupported claims of cheating qualified as proof of cheating. The FPA does not consider repeating an accusation dozens of times to be evidence that the accusation is true. The clients were never paid for the profits instaforex took from their accounts.

Even without a bonus being involved, it is possible for instaforex to confiscate profits based on an unsupported accusation of cheating.

The FPA is not surprised that cyprus fined instaforex for being unprofessional, unfair, and dishonest in dealing with its clients. The FPA is only surprised that it took so long before this was done.

Is instaforex regulated?

Good broker, but with high spreads, mt4 available, fast withdrawal

I often have trips out of town or overseas and I find it really convenient that instaforex has a quality mobile platform. Not all brokers could provide this but instaforex made sure that I their clients will have the same trading experience when we use the mobile platform. Salah satu broker forex di malaysia yang kontroversi. Haha.

Ada yang kata tipu la, tak boleh withdraw la…

Tapi selama saya join insta selama ini (banyak tahun dah), tak pernah sekalipun ada masalah withdrawal. Semuanya dibayar penuh.

Kadang-kadang lambat tu biasa la, IB pun ada urusan masing-masing. Biasanya dalam sehari (24jam) dah settle.

Pengalaman saya

Instaforex adalah broker yang paling lama telah saya gunakan. Jadi saya memang sentiasa mengikuti perkembangan broker ini dari dulu lagi. Saya pun dah tak berapa ingat, tapi sekitar 2007-2008 saya kenal instaforex melalui satu forum tempatan. Memang terbaiklah promosi instaforex pada masa tu dengan pelbagai bonus. Sampai sekarang pun saya kagum dengan cara marketing mereka.

Bagaimana servis mereka sekarang?

Dulu insta memang ada masalah server yang suka requote. Tapi itu kisah lama, sekarang tiada lagi masalah server. Dah terlalu banyak server instaforex sekarang. Trader malaysia boleh pilih server paling hampir di asia.

Sekarang hampir setiap negeri ada IB instaforex. Tetapi tiada sekatan untuk menggunakan mana-mana IB, terpulang kepada anda untuk berurusan dengan siapa.

Boleh percaya ke broker ni?

Jika anda buka website instaforex, anda akan lihat pelbagai events mereka jadi sponsor. Yang paling besar setakat ini kerjasama dengan F1 team, czech airlines dan kelab bola sepak liverpool. Secara logiknya jika sesebuah company tiada brand yang kuat dan kewangan kukuh, ia tidak akan mampu membuat semua itu.

IB instaforex antara yang paling ramai. Mereka semestinya ada pengetahuan luas dalam bidang forex. Cuba fikirkan, mengapa mereka yakin untuk menjadi wakil broker ini?

Setiap tahun, instaforex menganjurkan grand dinner untuk semua yang terlibat dalam forex termasuk IB, trader dan investor. Anda boleh lihat sendiri dalam galeri grand dinner.

Bagaimana keadaan trading di instaforex?

Tak ada masalah kalau anda trade dengan cara normal di instaforex. Tapi jika anda banyak scalping, saya rasa kurang sesuai kerana ada rule 5 minit. Maksudnya order mesti close setelah 5 minit baru dikira. Lagi satu spread fixed ini memang tak sesuai untuk scalping. Untuk scalping saya prefer broker yang guna floating spread, tak susah sangat nak profit sebab selalunya spread agak kecil (masa market normal).

Nasib baiklah saya sendiri jarang sangat scalping ini. Tak larat nak monitor trade setiap masa. Saya lebih suka trade secara santai. Kadang2 teringin untuk scalping atau news trade, saya buka MT4 broker lain yang lebih sesuai. Simple…

Kalau nak cari broker all-in-one yang terbaik dari semua segi memang tak akan jumpalah.

Lagi yang best saya rasa adalah tentang akaun di instaforex. Walaupun nama akaun tu “standard” tapi sebenarnya satu akaun untuk semua. Tak perlu dah guna akaun berasingan; micro, mini, standard seperti di broker lain. Ini kerana boleh buka lot serendah 0.01 (sama nilai $0.01) hingga berapa yang anda mampu. Senang nak kira risiko masa trade.

Kesimpulan

Jika anda inginkan satu “ekosistem” broker yang lengkap, bolehlah join instaforex. Terlalu banyak servis mereka. Benda ini pun ada negatifnya, terutama trader baru mesti pening nak pilih macam2 benda kat website tu. Hehe

Sehingga ke hari ini, saya masih setia dengan broker ini kerana customer servis yang mantap. Live chat broker ini paling saya suka kerana tak perlu nak isi form bagai, just klik link terus boleh chat.

Tentang local IB pula sangat pantas buat urusan, jika withdraw tak sampai 5 minit duit telah ditolak dari akaun trading. Biasanya paling lambat pun duit akan dipindahkan ke akaun bank anda dalam masa kurang dari 24 jam. Kalau lebih dari tu, just mesej IB semula bagitahu duit belum masuk lagi. Kadang2 saya juga buat macam ni, mungkin IB terlepas pandang atau terlupa kot.

Update! Sekarang dah ada cara depo “online banking” guna payment gateway. Lagi pantas dari guna IB (pemindahan tempatan). Rate ikut rate semasa USD/MYR dan tanpa caj.

Jenis akaun

Insta.Standard – jenis akaun ini adalah relevan dengan standard dagangan forex biasa tanpa bayaran. Apabila trader mendapat akses kesemua instrumen dagangan, dia hanya akan dikenakan sedikit fixed spread untuk setiap trade.

Akaun insta.Standard berfungsi untuk semua jenis trader dan membenarkan dagangan dilaksanakan dengan spread klasik dan tanpa bayaran. Kelebihan utama akaun ini adalah sangat fleksibel, pedagang boleh menukar leverage yang sesuai dengan saiz depositnya. Ciri-ciri akaun ini adalah membenarkan dagangan dengan lot mikro, mini dan standard dalam satu akaun. Deposit yang disarankan adalah; $1-10 untuk mikro, $100 untuk mini, dan $1000 untuk standard.

Insta.Eurica – akaun eurica ini tidak mengenakan sebarang spread untuk melaksanakan dagangan. Untuk kebanyakkan instrumen tiada spread perlu dibayar. Jadi nilai bid dan ask adalah sama. Jika keadaan trading akaun biasa, nilai bid adalah sentiasa rendah berbanding ask berikutan ada tambahan spread. Tetapi tidak untuk akaun eurica ini.

Jenis akaun ini sangat disarankan untuk trader baru kerana tidak perlu memikirkan tentang spread semasa trading, terutamanya semasa memasang pending order. Oleh itu pending order tersebut juga akan dilaksanakan tepat pada price order yang telah ditetapkan tanpa ada tolak tambah spread. Cent.Standard dan cent.Eurica – akaun cent ini disediakan khas untuk mereka yang baru mencuba dengan modal rendah. Volume dagangan adalah paling kecil iaitu micro lot 0.0001 lot (nilai 1 lot = 0.1 usd cent). Ini membolehkan latihan dagangan dijalankan dengan hampir tiada risiko.
